Manage your account

Once logged into your Genstore partner account, you can find your current team name and member details in the top-right corner. From there, you can easily switch teams, create a new one, or manage your profile.

Switch or create a team

Click your avatar to:

• Switch teams: Move between different partner teams.
• Create a new team: Click Create a new partner and follow the prompts to enter company and team details.

Manage your profile

Go to Your profile to:

• Update team details: Change your avatar, name, email, and other account information.
• Manage account security: Reset your password.
• Link external logins: Enable or disconnect external login services like Facebook or Google.
• Manage stores: View and access stores linked to your account.
• Language settings: Set the language you'll see when logging into your Genstore Partner portal.

Log out

To log out, click your avatar and select Log out.
